Who we are
Sharm Sky Club is a booking agency and official partner of Horizon Water Sports, Sharm El Maya, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Horizon Water Sports operates the activities.
What we collect when you book
Your name, email, phone number, hotel (optional), language, the activity, option, number of people and the day you plan to come. We also store where the visit came from (for example an ad campaign: utm parameters, fbclid, referrer and landing page).
Why
To create your booking and voucher, to email it to you, to let Horizon Water Sports check you in at the gate, to arrange a hotel transfer if you ask for one, and to know which of our ads work.
Who sees it
Sharm Sky Club and Horizon Water Sports staff at the gate. Bookings are stored in a Google Sheet (Google Workspace) and emails are sent with Google. We never sell your data.
Cookies and tracking
Essential storage keeps your booking progress and language on this device. Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
How long
Bookings are kept for up to 24 months for accounting with our partner, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by replying to your voucher email.
