Booking terms

• You book online for free. Nothing is charged online and no card is needed.
• You pay cash on arrival at Horizon Water Sports in EGP, USD, EUR or GBP. Prices are shown in US dollars.
• Your booking is valid for 30 days from the day you choose. There are no fixed time slots: arrive during opening hours and join the ride list (usual wait 15–20 minutes).
• Cancellation is free. If the weather is unsafe, you can reschedule for free or get a full refund.
• Show your booking ID or QR code at the Horizon gate. Each booking can be used once.
• Follow the crew's safety instructions. Age and weight limits apply (see each activity). The crew may refuse a ride if it is not safe.
• Every booking includes full-day VIP beach access, 08:00 to sunset.
• Activities are operated by Horizon Water Sports. Sharm Sky Club is an official booking partner.
