Is it safe?
Certified life jackets and harnesses, a professional crew, and no rides in unsafe wind or sea.
Weight and age limits?
Parasailing: age 6+ (kids fly with a parent), max 150 kg combined per flight, no swimming needed. Banana boat: 8+, under 12 with a parent. Sofa tube: 8+. Crazy Twister: 4+, under 12 with a parent, not for pregnant women. Wakeboarding: 10+.
What if the weather is bad?
Free rescheduling or a full refund.
Do I need a time slot?
No. Your booking is valid for 30 days — arrive any time during opening hours and you join the ride list. Usual wait 15–20 min.
How do I pay?
Cash on arrival in EGP, USD, EUR or GBP. Nothing to pay online, no card needed.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancellation is free. Simply reply to your voucher email, or just don't come — there is nothing to refund because you pay at the beach.
How do I get there?
Horizon Water Sports is on Sharm El Maya beach, beside the submarines, about 5 minutes on foot from the Old Market. Take a taxi or limousine; hotel transfers can be arranged on request.
What are the opening hours?
Water rides 09:30–16:30, parasailing 10:00–16:00, glass boat departures 11:00 and 15:00, private speedboat by appointment. VIP beach 08:00 to sunset.
Is beach access included?
Yes — every booking includes full-day VIP beach access, 08:00 to sunset.
Who runs the activities?
All activities are operated by Horizon Water Sports (operating since 2015). Sharm Sky Club is an official partner: you book here and pay Horizon at the beach.
